Get the new year off to a great start by joining Illinois State University’s version of the hit TV series The Biggest Loser.
The 12-week fitness and lifestyle program is designed to help participants with weight management and overall physical health in a fun and supportive environment. “Our certified personal trainers work with participants to help them set goals and keep them on track with their workouts as well as provide motivation along the way,” said Allison Becker, fitness graduate assistant at Campus Recreation. "Participants will be able to see improvements in their health and fitness levels as the program progresses.”
Participation in the program includes three fitness assessments and three goal assessments that will occur at the beginning, middle and end of the program. Registration also includes a personal training session, three specialized group fitness classes, six fitness and health related workshops and a T-shirt.
Register by Sunday, Jan. 29, at 8 p.m. for $75 to be part of this exciting program. A Student Fitness Center membership is required for participation in this program.
