"Participants will be able to see improvements in their health and fitness levels as the program progresses.”

Participation in the program includes three fitness assessments and three goal assessments that will occur at the beginning, middle and end of the program. Registration also includes a personal training session, three specialized group fitness classes, six fitness and health related workshops and a T-shirt.
