The Faculty Biennial exhibit, featuring artwork by Illinois State University School of Art faculty members, will be on display in the University Galleries through Sunday, Feb. 19. An opening reception for the exhibit will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 7. The exhibit and the reception are free and open to the public.
The Faculty Biennial features work by School of Art faculty working in painting, sculpture, ceramics, glass, drawing, photography, printmaking, video, graphic design, metals and wood. The studio art, graphic design and art education areas are represented. Among the faculty artists exhibited are those who have shown their work nationally and internationally.
The University Galleries are open from noon to 4 p.m. Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays, 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesdays and 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. More information on exhibits can be found on the Galleries website.
