Illinois State University will present Music Professor Paul Borg with the University Outstanding Service Award at the Founders Day Convocation on Feb. 16. Georgia Tsouvala, History, will receive the University Service Initiative Award.
Nels Popp, an assistant professor of sport management, helped to make Super Bowl guests feel at home in Indianapolis this past weekend. Popp was one of 8,000 volunteers working at official events connected with Super Bowl XLVI.
Brent Paterson has been named the 20th recipient of the Neal R. Gamsky Quality of Student Life Award. The award recipient receives a plaque, monetary award and their name displayed on a plaque in the Student Services Building.
