Azinger to lead Human Resources
Vice President for Finance and Planning Dan Layzell has appointed Al Azinger interim associate vice president for Human Resources effective Oct. 1. Azinger will replace Ira Schoenwald, who is retiring after serving five years as Human Resources’ leader.
Wellin completes report on care givers
Assistant Professor of Sociology Chris Wellin recently completed a report commissioned by the National Academy of Sciences that reviews and assesses the qualitative and ethnographic body of research that exists on the work of paid care givers of elder and disabled adults.
