Distance Education open forum Oct. 21

The Distance Education Task Force (DETF) was charged by Provost Sheri Everts with making recommendations for distance education at Illinois State by December 2009. The DETF has made the first draft of the recommendations report available to the Illinois State campus.

Faculty and staff are invited to attend one of two open forums to provide input on the first draft and shape the final DETF recommendations, which will be provided to the Provost in early December. A copy of the draft can be viewed on the DETF Web site. The open forum will be held in 551 DeGarmo Hall on Wednesday, Oct. 21, from 2 to 4 p.m.

In addition, faculty and staff can also participate by posting comments to the DETF Web site.
