Nicole Gage from the University of California, Irvine will speak on "Tuning in and tuning out: MEG measures of neural resource allocation for speech and non-speech in auditory language cortex in typically developing children," on Monday, Oct. 19, at 3 p.m. in DeGarmo 551.
Gage's research focuses on neural processes in speech for autistic and non-autistic individuals, and she is a co-editor of Cognition, Brain, and Consciousness: Introduction to Cognitive Science.
