Bassoonist Michael Dicker and oboist Judith Dicker of Illinois State University’s School of Music will present a free recital at 7:30 p.m. today in Kemp Recital Hall.
The presentation starts at noon in the Bone Student Center Third Floor East Lounge.
Illinois State University’s School of Music will host the North Central Division Conference of the College Band Directors National Association from Feb. 25 to 27, and free concerts by seven university bands will be spread across the three days.

Ross Kennedy from Illinois State University’s Department of History will speak at 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 3, on “A Manifesto of Power and Ideals: FDR’s Four Freedoms Speech in Historical Perspective.”
