Register soon for 5K run and get t-shirt

Be one of the first 250 runners to register for the Town & Gown 5K run on Saturday, Oct. 17, and get a free Town & Gown 5K run t-shirt. The entry fee is $20 for runners age 14 through adult and $15 for children through the age of 13 if registered by Tuesday, Oct. 14.

The run, sponsored by Illinois State University and the Town of Normal, will start at 7 a.m. with registration and check-in beginning at 5:30 a.m. inside Schroeder Hall. This year’s route, which has been revised due to Uptown Normal construction, will soon be posted on the Homecoming Web site.

Prizes will be awarded to overall male and female winners and to the top three male and female finishers in various divisions.
