Financial Plan Open Forums Jan. 29, Feb. 4

A second open forum for campus input on Illinois State University’s new Long-range Financial Plan will be held from 3 to 4:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 4, in the Bone Student Center Prairie Room. Input also can be given on a web-based survey. Visit the Moving Forward website at http://movingforward.illinoisstate.edu/

The forum, Moving Forward: A Long-range Financial Plan to Support Educating Illinois,will be hosted by Vice President for Academic Affairs and Provost Sheri Noren Everts and Vice President for Finance and Planning Dan Layzell.

In his 2012 State of the University Address, President Al Bowman directed Everts and Layzell to work together in consultation with the campus community to develop a financial plan that supports the Educating Illinois strategic plan and ensures Illinois State’s continued quality, strength and viability. Input is being solicited from all members of the campus community on themes, priorities and strategies that should be considered in the plan’s development.
