"Thoughts on Race, Blood Quantum, and Tribal Membership for Indigenous Americans" will be the topic of a presentation by Linda Clemmons on Wednesday, Nov. 17, from 12-1 p.m. in the Bone Student Center Third Floor East Lounge. The event is free and open to the public.
Clemmons is an associate professor in Illinois State University's History Department and specializes in U.S. Antebellum and Native American history. Her presentation is part of Illinois State's International Studies Seminar Series exploring topics in global politics and culture. The seminar series is organized by the Unit for International Linkages, Office of International Studies and Programs, and the Women's and Gender Studies Program.
