Normal Bassoons in Concert Feb. 6

The Normal Bassoons will present a free concert on Sunday, Feb. 6, at 3 p.m. in Illinois State University's Kemp Recital Hall.  Compositions for solo to septet will be performed in a variety of styles from baroque to modern.

The Normal Bassoons include Justin Dahlem, Matt Kowalczyk, Kevin Larson, Kay Schutte, Michael Sullivan, and Yasmin Torres. Ensemble members are all students in the Illinois State University School of Music bassoon studio, led by Professor Michael Dicker.  Dicker will also perform with the group on Beethoven's Romance in F.
