26th Annual Printmakers' Exhibition and Sale Dec. 10

A silent auction for five framed works of art and the sale of reasonably priced art will mark the 26th annual Printmakers' Exhibition and Sale at Illinois State University's School of Art on Dec. 10. The sale will run from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. in room 127 of the Center for the Visual Arts. Admission is free.

The art sale will feature original prints created by Illinois State students, faculty and staff, with most prices ranging from $2 to $50.  Sale items can be purchased with cash, check or credit card.  Ceramics and other art objects will also be on sale in the Center for the Visual Arts.

A silent auction will be held for framed works by artists James Butler, Sarah Smelser, Rodney Carswell, Julia Fish and Wayne Kimball. To preview auction items and obtain minimum bid information visit www.cfa.ilstu.edu/normal_editions/printsale10.html.

Written bids may be submitted before and during the sale to the cashiers or e-mailed to normaleditionsworkshop@ilstu.edu .  All proceeds from the sale and silent auction will go to support Illinois State's printmaking program in the School of Art.
