"Secularism, Religious Politics, and the Current Democratization Debate in Turkey" will be the topic of a Global Review presentation by Yusuf Sarfati on Thursday, Nov. 12, at 5 p.m. in Schroeder Hall Room 244. The event is free and open to the public.
Sarfati is an assistant professor in Illinois State University's Department of Politics and Government. His teaching and research focuses on comparative politics, politics of the Middle East, religious parties, and theories of democracy.
