Illinois State Winter Commencement Set for Dec. 12

Illinois State University will hold Winter Commencement in two ceremonies on Saturday, Dec.12, in Redbird Arena.

The first ceremony at 9 a.m. will include graduates from the College of Arts and Sciences and College of Fine Arts. The second ceremony at 1 p.m. will include graduates from the College of Applied Science and Technology, College of Business and College of Education.

Student Body President Matt Spialek will provide the student welcome, Illinois State University President Al Bowman will address the graduates, and President of the Alumni Association Gary Tiffany will induct the newest alumni into the Alumni Association.

Illinois State University will award 1,181 baccalaureate degrees, 216 master's degrees and 24 doctorates at Winter Commencement.
