Faculty String Quarter to Perform April 5

The Faculty String Quartet at Illinois State University will present a free recital at 7:30 p.m.  Monday, April 5, in Kemp Recital Hall.  The performance is part of the Charles W. Bolen Faculty Recital Series.

Monday's program will include the Shostakovich String Quartet No. 3, Op. 73, and the Dvorak String Quintet in E-flat Major, Op. 97.  The quartet consists of violinist Sarah Gentry, violist Kate Lewis, cellist Adriana Ransom and graduate student violinist Rebecca Cutler.  Sharon Chung, a viola instructor at Millikin University, will join the group to play the Dvorak quintet.
