Horticulture Center Children's Garden Party June 23

 Illinois State University's Horticulture Center will host a Children's Garden Party on Wednesday, June 23, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.  The event is free and open to the public.

Visitors will have a chance to explore the Horticulture Center's popular Children's Garden and help create a woven garden sculpture that will remain on display.  The event will feature other craft and gardening activities for children.  The center's other themed gardens and restored prairie will also be open to visitors. 

The Horticulture Center is located off Raab Rd. in Normal, between Lincoln College and Heartland Community College. Off street parking will be available at the site. For more information on the Horticulture Center visit www.horticulturecenter.ilstu.edu
