Illinois State University has awarded 2,069 undergraduate students the honor of being on the Dean's List for scholarship in their chosen fields of study.
Media who wish to publicize their local students' accomplishments can access the information on the Registrar's Web site at http://www.registrar.ilstu.edu/deanslist. After choosing the Web site, select the Home Town button, which will display all home towns and the students who have earned Dean's List recognition.
Criteria for earning Dean's List status include grade point averages which place the student among the top 10 percent of students majoring within the college. Students whose major does not place them in the Colleges of Applied Science and Technology, Arts and Sciences, Education, Fine Arts and Mennonite College of Nursing will be included in the list of the Vice President and Provost.
