Snoop Dogg to Perform at Illinois State University

Illinois State University's Program Board and Redbird Entertainment Committee will bring Grammy Award-nominated rapper Snoop Dogg and Grammy-nominated electro-hop duo LMFAO to Redbird Arena at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, April 9.

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, March 2, at the Braden Box Office, TicketMaster.com or any Ticket Master venue.  Ticket prices are $28, $38 and $48 with a $10 discount for Illinois State students with a valid ISU ID.

Snoop Dogg started in hip-hop in 1993 as a protégé of rap's Dr. Dre.  He has acted in films such as "Half-Baked" as well as appeared on television and directed.  He released the CD "Malice N Wonderland in 2009.

LMFAO, the duo Stefan Gordy and Sky Blu, released the CD "Party Rock" in 2009.
