Voter registration sessions will take place at Illinois State University's Milner Library, Oct. 1-7. U.S. citizens 18 years of age by election day and residents of the precinct at for least 30 days prior to election day are qualified to register.
Voter registration will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 1 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 2 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday, Oct. 3 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday, Oct.4 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 5 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., Monday, Oct. 6 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Tuesday, Oct. 7 from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Those registering to vote will need two pieces of identification, at least one of which contains the applicant's local address. Naturalized citizens will need to indicate the court, city, state, date and where the naturalization took place.
