Student Foundation Hosts Play for Olamide Bean Bag Tournament

The Illinois State University Student Foundation is hosting the 3rd Annual "Play for Olamide" Bean Bag Tournament Saturday, September 27 at 1p.m. outside of the Alamo II book store. 

All funds raised during the event support the Olamide E. Adeyooye Memorial Scholarship. Participation cost is $20 per team, which includes T-Shirt, Tea from Fusion Brew, food provided by D.P. Dough and over $500 in prizes. Participation is open to the University community and public.

Participants can register at the Alamo II during their normal business hours or at 12:30 p.m. at the event.  Questions or special accommodations requests should be directed to Steve Clayton at sgclayt@ilstu.edu .

The Olamide E. Adeyooye Memorial Scholarship Fund was established to honor the memory of an Illinois State senior who was abducted and killed in October 2005. The scholarship was be awarded for the first time in 2007, during the University's Sesquicentennial celebration
