The ins and outs of getting a book published will be the topic of the panel discussion "Hot Off the Press: A Conversation with Newly Published Authors," on Tuesday, Sept. 23 at 2 p.m. on the Main Floor of Illinois State University's Milner Library. The presentation and book signing are free and open to the public.
Three newly published authors will discuss their books and the process of finding and working with a publisher. Panelists will be Illinois State alumnus Scott William Foley, author of Souls Triumph; Patti Lacy, author of An Irishwoman's Tale; and Illinois State alumnus Adam Decker, author of The Janitor.
