Dictatorship in Myanmar Subject of Seminar, Sept. 10

"Explaining Doggedness of Dictatorial Rules in Burma/Myanmar?" will be the topic of a presentation by Tun Myint on Wednesday, Sept. 10 from 12-1 p.m. in the Bone Student Center 3rd Floor East Lounge.  The event is free and open to the public.

Tun Myint is an assistant professor of political science at Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota.  His presentation is part of Illinois State University's International Studies Seminar Series exploring topics in global politics and culture. The seminar series is organized by the Unit for International Linkages, Office of International Studies and Programs, and the Women's and Gender Studies Program.
