Illinois State Residence Halls Will Open to Full Capacity Fall 2009

Illinois State University's Housing Services will open to full capacity starting fall of 2009.  Manchester Hall will open in August of 2009 after undergoing an extensive, year-long renovation, which concludes the renovation of East and West Campuses.

With the completed renovation, there will be enough space in University residence halls to house all students who are required to live on campus as well as all upper-level students who wish to live on campus for the 2009-10 academic year.

Contract renewal and room selection for current students will begin in February, with current students having priority over new, incoming students in the selection of rooms from among the more than 6,000 bed spaces available.
