"Rent," the motion picture based on Jonathan Larson's award-winning Broadway musical, will be presented at Illinois State University's Capen Auditorium at 6 p.m. Friday, Nov. 7, in recognition of World AIDS Day. The film, starring most of the original Broadway cast members, will be free and open to the public.
The showing is sponsored by Diversity Advocacy, University Program Board and Student Health Service to recognize World AIDS Day and participate in an interactive learning experience about the HIV/AIDS epidemic through an audience simulation, presentation and showing of "Rent."
Capen Auditorium is located on the second floor of Edwards Hall on the west side of the ISU Quad.
