ISU Faculty Jazz Quartet to Present Free Concert Oct. 21

The Faculty Jazz Quartet will present a free concert at 8 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 21, in Kemp Recital Hall.  The concert is part of the Charles W. Bolen Faculty Recital Series.  The quarter consists of saxophonist Paul Nolen, pianist Kevin Hart, bassist Bill Koehler and drummer Tom Marko. 

The group will perform a variety of music, primarily modern jazz featuring composers such as Dave Holland, John Coltrane, Chick Corea and Tom Harrell.  The program also will include original compositions by quartet members Kevin Hart and Bill Koehler.
