"Lions, Tygers, and Lincoln - Oh My!" will be the topic of a presentation by Maureen Brunsdale on Thursday, May 7 at 7 p.m. in the special collections area (sixth floor) of Illinois State University's Milner Library. The event is free and open to the public.
Brunsdale, special collections librarian, will highlight many of the rare and unique items that are housed in the collection. Items include rare books, documents and other primary source materials, many of which have local connections. Also included are items associated with baseball legend Ty Cobb, rare print portraits of Abraham Lincoln and a book signed by author Charles Dickens.
