Adlai Stevenson III to Speak on Lincoln, Fell, Stevensons April 9

"Democracy Remembered: Abraham Lincoln, Jesse Fell and the Stevensons" will be the topic of a presentation by Adlai Stevenson III on Thursday, April 9 at 2 p.m. on the main floor of Illinois State University's Milner Library.  The event, sponsored by Milner Library, is free and open to the public.

Stevenson, the great-grandson of U.S. Vice President Adlai Stevenson, served in the Illinois House of Representatives and as state treasurer.  He also served in the U.S. Senate from 1970 to 1981.
