Gwen Wright of History Detectives on Campus March 24

Gwen Wright, host of the PBS series History Detectives, will speak about historical investigation during two presentations on March 24 at Illinois State University. 

Wright will hold an informal question and answer session with students and community members at 2 p.m. on the main floor of Milner Library.  At 7 p.m., Wright will speak about her work on the History Detectives series in the Bone Student Center Prairie Room.  A book signing will follow her evening presentation.

Wright is a professor at Columbia University's Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation, with joint appointments in history and art history.   She has been the host of the popular PBS series since 2003.
