Illinois State's Adaeze Nnamani Wins National Award

Illinois State University junior economics/information systems major and Bloomington-Normal native Adaeze Nnamani is the winner of the Charles E. Williams II Advanced Leadership Institute Oratorical Contest. 

Nnamani participated in the contest during the 21st annual Southwestern Black Student Leadership conference at Texas A&M University. The contestants gave an oral presentation on affirmative action during a Town Hall meeting.  Nnamani received a trophy and a $500 scholarship for her presentation.
