Illinois State University s Vitro Center (Glass House) will host its
annual year-end Mother s Day glass sale and give demonstrations of glass
blowing from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, May 5, in the Glass House, located
just west of the corner of Main and Willow streets in Normal.
Glass program director John Miller said student and faculty art will be exhibited and available for sale. Hot glass demonstrations will go on throughout the day. A portion of the proceeds of sales will go toward the Visiting Artist Fund.
