Coyote Grace, a musical duo consisting of Ingrid Elizabeth, a lesbian woman, and Joe Stevens, a transgendered man, will perform on Friday, Nov. 12, from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Bone Student Center Prairie Room. The presentation, sponsored by Pride, is free and open to the public.
The folk duo, who are from the Bay area in California, has been performing together since 2004 and has performed with fellow folk musicians Lowen & Navarro and Cris Williamson as well as toured extensively with the Indigo Girls, Girlyman and Melissa Ferrick. Coyote Grace just released their fourth album, Buck Naked, and continue to entertain and educate crowds around the country.
