Media Relations operates on behalf of Illinois State University to keep faculty, staff, students and the general public informed about important activities; to maintain a relationship with local, regional and national media outlets in order to advance faculty-staff research and teaching expertise; and to assist the campus community in promoting events, presentations and scholarly activity.
